Alright since im not quite sure where to Post this i hope it geta the right attention. I have a 1ga That finnally tuns over but wont start. Current mods 2.3l stroker. Wally 255 with 6 an fuel line to rail with regulator. Ecm link SD( 4 bar omni and gm iat). FIC 1450 cc injectors. Battery relocated to back with proper disconnect and breaker and grounding setup. Pte cea turbo. GM alternator mod. fuel pump has a switch and it Has proper hotwiring. aem u
eugo, boost, and coolant teml gauge installed. Wideband is tapped into 5v source on main harness. No a/c. or power steering.

ive been doing some reading and saturated injectors are high z yet my fic say saturateD with resistor pack (newbie question) i do not hear the injectors click at all or even spray when i had the plugs pulled off to inspect the cylinders for smell of fuel. The harness has been shortened due to to much excess wiring and i has the wires shortened one by one so i didnt confuse any of them. Ive checked the resistor pack plug (5 pins) and the iac ( 6 pins) pluged into right place. After i have turned the car over i hear an odd clicking sound, revirberating from the CAS. I have dsm link but am also unable to connect but on a random occassion ( bad cable or ecu?)
I checked fuel and its good still burns.

Is there anything im missing? Or not looking at
