turned off profec now i only boost to 5psi?

same as title when you look at the gragh its not stable at 5 it looks like a rough mountain up and down not very extream though gose from like 5 to 4 back to 5 and back down. dose this sound like a vacume leak? or what is it please help im getting sick of this

turned off profec.... is it still hooked up? I don't know how it works, internally, but it makes sense to me that if it's still hooked into your vac. system, that would be introducing variables that you don't need... check for boost leaks, vac lines that have come off, etc... need a little more info to properly diagnose... what graph are you looking at? do you have a boost guage?

the gragh that is on my profec measures boost and thats what i use for a boost guage. yes it is still hooked but i tured off the boost. i did a vac test and there is a small metal tube behind the throttlebody that didnt have a rubbertube attached to it and there is a small rubber tube that looked like it was off too. so i put the rubber tube over the metal one and my car stalled. the small rubber tube Tee'd off of a rubber line which lead down somewhere i didnt follow it. any idea about that?
