2g boosts only 5psi?

Hey, yesterday I installed an upper intercooler pipe for my friend in his 2g. The upic is also flanged for the Turbo xs h-34 bov, which he bought as well. Well, when we installed it everything ran great. His car is pushing 16psi isntead of 14 on his stock t25 and he says the power gain felt great to him, well about 6 hours after I isntalled it he calls me and tells me that hsic ar started pushing only 5psi, no more. So I say "wtf mayte, get yo caa ova hea and I chek oll de connektionz" I checked all the clamps were on tight, I reaseated the pipe just to make sure, everything is in a nice fit but his car is still only pushing 5psi. What may be the damned problem?

Do a boost leak test. Some line's gotta be popped off/broken/cracked.
