turnbuckle adjustment screw

I need a turnbuckle adjustment screw but can't find them in the size I need. Anyone know where I can find them? Needs to be the same thread as the outer tie rods and about 120mm long.
Where could I get one custom made? I don't have a die set or a welder either so making them myself is out of the question.
