Turn signal slows as RPM's increase

My car has developed a weird problem where the turn signal works fine when I'm at a stop, but whenever my rpm's get anywhere near 2500, the blinking slows and stops around 3000. The switch doesn't click off and when I shift the blinker will momentarily start up again while the rpm's drop, then stops again as I accelerate. My hazards work fine, my horn works fine (seen a lot of posts where the turn signals and horn don't work - not the case here) and I can't find any bad fuses or anything like that.

This all started after I switched out my headlight housings for projectors, but the turn signal bulbs are the same ones I had in there before the switch and I've even tried switching back to my stock housings and it didn't make a difference, so I really don't know where to start looking.

If anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

I'm not sure, I need to get a miltimeter to check this kind of thing. It just seems really weird to me that it only happens as my rpm's increase. Am I wrong in thinking that this sounds like something may be going on with my alternator? Maybe that it's not making enough power to handle everything? I don't drive with my radio on very often so I haven't experienced that cutting out or any other power failures. I'll go buy a multimeter and see what I come up with.

So I was messing with my headlights today and the halo on the right side is out. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I figured it was a problem with the light itself. Now I'm thinking it could be a power issue. Would this cause problems with my turn signals though? I think I probably need to do some testing so I can have more info to base my questions on, but I figured I would at least ask to see if anyone had experienced this.

I thought the first issue had worked itself out. It had been working fine for the past few days but today it was back to cutting out. I just wired the halo's into the headlight. The passenger side works fine but the drivers side, which is wired identically, is having issues. I haven't had time to try following the wires or anything like that to see if there is something wrong in the wiring but I suck with electrical stuff.

In all honesty I don't care if the halo works. I'll probably disconnect them anyways because they are causing me too many annoying problems. I just want my damn turn signal to work right.

Ok, newest development is that between about 2000 and 3000 rpm's my flashers stop working, then when I start approaching 4000 rpm's they flash really fast. This is happening with the turn signals and my 4-way hazards. This is making me think it is something to do with the alternator.
