hey. i just bought a 99 gsx and the turn signals were not working but the hazard signals were. so i looked at the fuses and found out they were missing. so i put one in. when i switched the key to the "on" position the left blinker will blink really fast. both rear and front are blinking. the stalk wasn't switched to the left. i switched it to the right and it the left side still blinks. and also the power driver seat is not working. all plugs are plugged in. is there a fuse for it? i couldn't find one.

BUMP? i tried my cousins power seat in my car and it still dont work. my seat works in my cousins car. WHATS THE PROBLEM????

have you checked to see if you hazards are on? if one blinks really fast and the rest are normal it means you have a bulb out and common sense tells you that if u put your seat in a different car and it works it means you are not getting power check and make sure no wires are cut, did you check the fuse box under the dash and under the hood?

Fusible link #9 (30 Amp) in the engine compartment relay box powers the seat.

The all Blue wire going to the power seat switch is your main power wire. Check for power there.

umm never figured out the problem for the power seat not working. so heres what i did. i got power from the cigarette lighter and put a wire from there to power the seat. and now its working. still havent figured out why the signals are like that. but im going to buy a new stalk lever. anyone know how to replace that or is there a guide on it?

I don't think using the cigarette lighter for power is wise that is much too small and low amperage to power the seats. You would be better pulling the power from the ignition switch just make sure to put a fuse on it.
