One day my check engine light came on. Showed code p0170. Got my innovate wideband going all crazy.
Example 1. When I start the car the wideband will start bouncing around 9.0- 22.4(digital btw). And if I drive the car like this it will sputter and hesitate. Wideband will show around the 9 a/f most of the time.
Example 2. When I start the car the and wideband will jump around and stay at 22.4 or E8 (error code 8) The car will run just fine. Now with e8 I thought it was the o2 sensor so i bought a new one for the front. Still the same thing.
I don't think its wideband related. Even with the wideband disconnected car still has the same problem. I have an extra maf and replaced it. Same thing. What else can be the cause of this?
Did some google search. Interesting. This guy didn't get it resolved either.
