Turboed 420a motor

Hey everyone i just have one question. I was wondering if stock injectors in a 420a motor would work. I have a t3/t4 in it. I was thinking about getting the tsi injectors and replacing everything to have them work but that will cost me more...

you should definitely get at least the 450 injectors, unless your running 2 pounds of boost; they are dirt cheap on the classifieds.

what are the stock 420a injectors? and i want to run as much boost as i can...

i believe thery are rated 190cc but it's closer to 220-235cc

What else are you running for fuel control? To run stock injectors you also need a walbro 255 pump and 12:1 FMU. That is good for 7-8psi. If you want to run 450 dsm injectors you will need a resistor pack also and a SFMU to lower your idle pressure some and rise rate.

this really has to do with flow of your turbo; but i would say around 15psi on t3/t4

i thought u only needed a new resistor pack for the tsi injectors?

For the ECU to control the injectors properly you do only need a resistor pack. But the problem is that the ECU thinks they are 210s so you run stupid rich. So you have to lower the base pressure and the rise rate to keep a good AFR.

to get injectors for the 4g63t motor and get a new resistor and everything to make them work. i have an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator but the fuel pump is stock.

I'm not inclined on the 420a but for the amount of boost you want to run, i would get a set of 650cc's just to be on the safe side.
