This is not right. I have a 95 and don't need a FCD or ML. Most 95s don't need them. But the SAFC can not raise fuel pressure. It can lean it out though. You would use a SFMU or FMU and bigger injectors, and then use the SAFC to lean it out.
Corey was saying that 95's don't need ML/FCD.
Safc doesn't change pressure at all, it's more of a tricking of the ecu to change the pulse of the injectors.
How could you make the ecu legthen the pulse? Make it think its getting more air.
Unfortuantley our ecu's don't register anything more then atmospheric pressure. (1bar map sensor)
So even if you did use an safc to trick the ecu into seeing positive manifold pressure, isn't going to lengthen the pulses anymore then you would be at WOT for a N/A 420a.
The only way to get more fuel in is either lengthen the pulse of the injector, or raise the fuel pressure. Fmu/sfmu (fuel pressure), or MS (full injector control).
We won't get into portfueler.
