he I have a 420a and I am makeing my own turbo kit I am have a exhaust manifold like the one you git with the hahn kit but where can I git a down pipe like the hahn kit

HRC now sells a full 3" downpipe. You just need to make sure that you use a turbo that will accommodate the downpipe mounting.

I would buy directly from HRC.

I am going with t25 turbo (stock gst turbo) how will the down pipe work with that setup

By the time you weld it turn it 180* degree or so(or let somebody else to weld it. But do it when you have it mont it on the car) because of the space in there.
U can put a big Pipe (if you are runing internal wastegate). If you are runing external wastegate block the small hole and only run the big one. the weld shop should be able to everything (If they are good at it).

Just run your inmaginacion if you know how it works.
and drive the car to a muffler shop and they should be able to custom build a downpipe out of it. I was about to do that as well. I might do it anyway! But that is my opinion.
