The boost creep can be solved by porting. However, you'll be able to run higher boost on an external setup. The internal wastegate will blow open at higher boost levels (~25+ psi).

Yeah, that's why i think im going to go with an external 38mm off the manifold. and have the flapper welded shut. Thanks for the info though :)
