Long story short I need to delete my drivers side radiator fan.. Is this possible without causing problems? How does one do this?

Also I need a dsm to t3 adapter for my turbo/manifold I can make one myself I just need to know how big of a tube to connect the two I would need? And of I use this "adaptor" how will the exhaust line up? Will it need modification to the down pipe/o2 housing?

Yes. Remove stock fans, install a single pusher or puller depending on preference. Alternatively, hack up your OEM fan/shroud and reinstall.

If you possess the necessary fabrication skills to make a DSM --> T3 flange adapter, surely modifying your downpipe should be a cakewalk, right?

No; I can say with 99.99999999999% certainty that the exhaust / DP you have on there right now isn't going to line up. Cut DP, measure, weld.

Can't I just run the passenger/larger stock fan? By itself? Or how much would an aftermarket single fan be?

And yes I suppose it would be quite easy was just curious. :) also how big of a tube should be used from flange to flange?

You can, personally I'd go with a 10-12" SPAL fan, or anything comparable that flows at least 1000-1500cfm (That's just personal preference, you may want to go with a different flow rate depending on your location, climate, etc...)

As far as pipe diameter goes, I'm going to let someone else chime in. I'm not a fabricator and I don't want to put incorrect or misleading info out there.
