OK, i'm finally getting my things together. Including my fuel system, but now I need to tune it. I was looking at this ( http://www.digitaltuning.com/index.php?pid=plobdii ) DataLogging Cable as suggested by someone else. Now would this ( http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Palm-Handheld-PDA-IIIxe-8mb-OS-4-1-Serial-Cable_W0QQitemZ5861058918QQcategoryZ38331QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting ) PDA would be compatible. Last question, is there anything else I need for tuning. Already have SAFC-2 on way.

If you have extra cash it may not be a bad idea to pick up a wideband air/fuel guage, or an egt gauge, neither are mandatory, but are helpful. Also, keep in mind the logger does not log knock on the 2gs, youll have to watch the timing carefully. Can i ask why you didnt go with dsmlink, you have a 95 so you should already have an eprom ecu?

He probably did simply based on initial cost.

I'd agree that from all I have read and encountered in research, it's probably best to save up for DSMLink at some point if you enjoy modding your car.

DSMLink requires a laptop, correct? And you say i have an eprom ecu already, but reading the dsmlink website, it's saying that no DSM ECU comes from the factory socketed for EPROM. I was looking into buying a lap top for personal use anyways, so maybe i'll re-sell the SAFC :| . Does the DSM LINK come with the OBD-II cable? Sorry if any of these questions seem simple, I'm still learning.

Its not that the ECU's are not socketed for EPROM. What DSM link says is that they have to burn you a chip for your size injectors that you will be using. The purpose of that is in case your battery goes dead or you disconnect your battery, your ECU gets reset. And when you do that, all of your settings you put in there with DSM link will get reset also. So that chip they burn for you will at least allow your car to run somewhat decent.
