Tuning help - Pocketlogger Files

Hey, I just installed my new EPROM chip set for my 650cc injectors and it seems to be working okay, but I'm getting knock pretty bad that won't go away when the boost really hits at about 4500rpm. Here is a datalog of my run, I was wondering if someone could take a look at it for me, I just am not that good at tuning yet.


These two are pulls from 1st gear through to 3rd gear at 20psi, at about 5500rpm in 3rd gear my car bucks pretty hard:

I found a program to convert from Pocketlogger Files to Excel, but I can't seem to get it to work... http://mmcdtools.sourceforge.net/

I'm not having much luck at all it seems.
