Trouble With New Harness

I checked the battery and the battery cables and everything is hooked up. The only thing not hooked up is the interior. The speedometer is not hooked and cables under the glove box arent hooked up eather. but the engine harness along with the ecu is all hooked up properly but when i try to turn it on nothing happens. not a turn over. What can be the problem? Please just name the problems and i'll check one by one. Thank you

First, check all your fuses, especially the big ones.
