My 90 talons tsi has trouble starting sometimes the starter is not dragging. I have 510 injectors and 255lph fuel pump, my cams are 272/272. I changed plugs to ac delco double plats and I have 8.8mm accel plug wires, along with a hi-6 fireball ignition. Any ideas would be great

have you check thw tune and are you running e85 b/c they dont start very well if you cold out side and been seating what all dont to the car ?

Why didnt you throw NGKs in there? It could be your coolant temp sensor giving you issues. Did you properly gap your plugs? Have you changed your fuel filter lately? I also see you have a 255, do you have an aftermarket adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

I didn't put an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator on it first still kinda researching what to get. I don't drive it much yet still working out kinks like this starting problem.. would ngk make a difference in the starting over the acdelco

It could be your Temperature sensor or your stock Fuel regulator.
With a 255 you will need an aftermarket regulator, some people get lucky and use the stock regulator with out a problem but 90% of us have had a bad luck with it.

I didn't see any engine management in your profile, What are you using for your 510 injectors?, If you are not using any, then that's your problem, you need something to compensate those 510 injectors.
