Ok , where to start . I bought my 92' Plymouth Laser 2.0 turbo for $1500 from a buddy of mine . Not knowing what I was getting myself into . Not to bore you but here's my story with a question tied in as well . When I brought my car to the shop to get fixed all that needed to be fixed I got hit with a load of problems . Here's all what has been done . Bushings for the front struts were replaced , New Slave Cylinder , Master Cylinder , Clutch , Flywheel , Pressure Plate and also the linkage for first and second gear .(all replaced at the same time ) When I first got my car it was Nov of 2008 . Very cold where I live . It sat from Nov 2008 till Feb 2009 Before I brought it to the shop to get it fixed . I would go out once in a blue moon and start the car . With about 2 feet of snow and ice piled on the car and it not been ran it would fire up on the first try . ( quickly mind you ) . Once I got it back from the shop it doesn't want to start unless I catch it with the gas pedal on the first or second try . If I miss it , you can smell the gas and have to let it sit for like 5 - 10 min . Now this is mostly happening on the first fire up of the day . Even when I get it started I have to feather the gas pedal @ about 2-3000 RPM to get it to where it will stay running on its own . Like I said this never happened until after I got it back from the shop . Any Ideas on what is wrong . I haven't tried anything yet so I'm open for ideas .
