TRE question

I sent my transmission to tre 2 1/2 weeks ago, it got there last monday and i saw on the tracking number he had signed to get it and he told me before it was sent that he would e-mail me or call me and let me know what all it needs. Well after he had it for 5 days i e-mailed him asking about it because i really didnt want to bug him too much but i havent gotten a response and ive been calling everyday this week but all i get is 1 ring and his voicemail but his inbox is full. I know he is probably a busy man with a lot to do but can anyone fill me in on if this is just common? Ive been without my car for so long and im just wondering how long it takes for them to get back to you about your transmission.

We aren't going to know much about it. Just keep trying, I guess. Or, sit back and wait. Good chance he's taking a bit of a break with the 4th and all.

I was just up at TRE yesterday picking up my tranny, those guys are bussy as hell. Jon, Ming and the other guys were all in the shop working on trannys. With the setup of their shop and with the noise levels in the shop they really can not hear the phone ringing in the office room at the far end of the shop.

Give them time, they do alot of custom stuff that is time consuming to do on their tranny rebuilds, the end result is worth the time it takes.

As stated above, those guys stay busy. The wait will be worth it though. Just be patient.
