Has anyone dealt with them lately? I called them a few weeks ago to inquire about some parts and then proceeded to paypal payment monday night. I tried calling them tuesday to see when to expect the order to ship, and emailed them as well. On the phone their mailbox was full and through email I got a delivery failure notice also due to a full mailbox. I tried calling again numerous times and got no answer. Did they get a new number or are they out of town or something this week?

Jon was very helpful over the phone when I first talked to him but now this is getting kind of irritating since I was planning on assembling this trans on saturday so I can drive my car again. :notgood:

Anyone have any other way to get a hold of him?

note: I'm not bashing tre in any way ... just tring to see how to get a hold of them. Please don't delete this thread. :thumb:

It may or may not get deleted, but there are already a few threads about "what's up with TRE?". Best I can answer that is they are busy as hell and at times have a hard time answering the phone and e-mails. And they tend to not empty them it seems when they are full. :coy: My advice, just keep trying each day. That's what I did. And eventually Jon will answer the phone. I've dealt with him a few times over the last few months and it has'nt always been quick, but he's always been VERY helpful with any questions, etc. I've had. And I must say that regardless it's worth the wait if you're looking at one of his trannies. I have the fwd/awd race tranny w/ the Quaife and it's performing flawlessly.

Hey guys we are here and busy catching up on work. I have been working on the drag race gearing for the EVO transmissions and it's now available. There are a few transmissions over here that haven't been built as of yet and they'll be done within a week.

My apologies to those who tried to call us and didn't get through. Please send me an email and I'll reply back ASAP.

Again, thanks for the space and for your business.
