Transmission drain stripped

Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting out the transmission drain plug when its been completely rounded off?
 
Vice grips couldnt get it to budge, i was thinking about using an extractor socket, but the largest i have is a #13, ill have to look and see if they even make any that large

You don't have a good enough pair of vice grips, or don't know how to use them properly.

. A pair like this will get it if you lock the tight enough and in the right direction. IF you use a pair of cheap off brand vice grips than you will never get it.

I only use the finest, no china tools in my garage. the problem is the head is only 3/16 deep and is also rounded off, theres no clamping on something like that.
 
Im going to give it a shot tomorrow first with an extractor socket, and if all else fails ill weld a socket to the head
