Is oil supposed to pour out bottom/back of T case or is my new T case screwed and if so can i take seal out of old one to replace it.

Do some searching on here. There is a detailed write up on your problem and how to fix it...

No fluid is NOT supposed to pour out of it. why would you even thibnk it should?

Fix it before it breaks and crashes you. That leak is priority one!

Mitsubishi sells a recall kit, its the t case seal and new yolk, pins and clips. The yolk being worn out is the cause of the t cases leaking over time. Vfaq has a rig job way of fixing it and it works, but its not "proper." Heres the link

I have done some research now if the Tcase pours fluid out the bottom when i pick it up and tilt it is that a bad seal. is it supposed to hold fluid no matter how you hold it. And that link is no good thanks anyway

If you tip the back end down, it will leak out, the drive shaft inside of it and the seal stop the leak. Mine is leaking as well and I have a new seal on the way for it but the leak is very, very small. If its pouring out, go to Mitsu/Chrysler dealer and pick up a new seal, they are a bit over $7.

So let me get it straight the Tcase will pour fluid out if you hold it upside down so to see if it leaks install it in the car and watch for leak? Thanks for help guys

There's three places it could potentially leak: at the driveshaft yoke seal, the driveshaft yoke itself, or the drain plug.

Fluid WILL leak out of the transfer case if you hold it driveshaft-side down without the driveshaft yoke inside of it or if your yoke seal is bad. In certain cases, some fluid will leak out of the driveshaft yoke itself (some manufacturing defect of some sort), which is the cause of the recall.
