Transfer case interchange?

Ok so i just recently bought a new talon tsi awd shell seeing as mine is shot.The new shell is a 1995 awd 5 speed,the car i currently drive is a 95 awd automatic.I am bring the car home next week hopefully an my plan is to rip my motor out of my car an put it in the new shell. I am going to purchase a new 5 speed transmission, flywheel an clutch kit seeing as the shell does not have the transmission, transfer case or drive shaft in it. My question is if i will be able to use my driveline an my transfer case out of my auto or if it will not go on the 5 speed tranny.I am just trying to figure out what i need so i can get this bad boy rolling by summertime. I know that you will have to change the front drive shafts and that the rear end has to match the front differential and your auto transfer case will only work if the splines match the 5spd.

You will need 5sp transfer case and rear end. I am not sure about the driveshaft.

Auto and Manual transmission components do not mix and match. Not sure about the drive line either.
