2nd gear was all that was wrong with it but recently it barely goes into 1st gear and the car hesitates and stumbles when in reverse??? Whats going on with this thing. It also grinds going into 2nd whether its double clutched or not. when cold, a dbl clutch works but not when its warmed up. Pops out of 1st too. Car has GM syncromesh..I put this in 3 months ago and its made it worse. The shifter moves around alot when on and off the gas. Especially in second gear

First, I would check to make sure the slave and master aren't leaking. If not, then I'd do this:

It may or may not help seeing as this vfaq was more for his shifter moving in 5th gear. It's worth a shot and it doesn't look too complicated. If all else fails, then get it rebuilt.
