Ok it seems that i have bad 2nd gear synchros, and today I have no reverse gear?? are these related or is the tranny just that wiped!!

Whats the best replacement tranny or best rebuild kit???
 
synchros are about $10 a piece, do it yourself. The two problems are most likely not related. Your reverse problem can most probably be fixed on the car. Remove the end cover and take a look.
