tranny dipstick

Has anybody had any problems with there short route IC piping and tranny dipstick? I have a custom one piece from TB to intercooler IC pipe that rubs or makes constant contact with the tranny dipstick and it keeps on popping it off. What suggestions or what did you do to fix this problem?

bend the tube slightly .. thats about all you can do.

There is literally no play for bending it. The guy that fab'd it made it tight and snug. But I figured the only way would be to cut it and add coupler.
