Nope the tcu only controls when the trans shifts..Your stall is getting to 3500 rpm for the launch..Being if you chose a 3500 rpms stall.Sinister is what 45 and 5500?

Look into a shift box.If your talking doing the converter on an auto for drag racing.You can also cut down et times with a shift box even in stock form.
