Torn engine mounts-Prothane kit ??

Just like the title says, all of my engine mounts are torn and I need new ones,
So I was thinking of buing the 80$ kit urethane mounts from prothane. The kit as I have seen includes two inserts and two sleves. Will the sleaves work with the torn mounts or should I eather buy new mounts for the sleaves or fill them with window weld and pieces of nylon board ?? Also, are the inserts for the front and back mount or left and right ???
I did a search but could not find the answer to this. Thanks.

The inserts are for the front and rear mounts. To change the driver/passenger mounts either support the engine well via engine hoist, jacks, blocks, or a combo of all and take the mounts somewhere to have the old rubber burnt out and the new urethane pushed in.
