So, I've in all my 9 eclipses so car always have taken the timing cover off and I've never once had this problem to my altinator belt the first time snapped and ya took out my timing belt re did my valves and about 4 months later or so the belt didnt snap but stayed as a whole but wrapped its self into the timing belt lower crank sprocket. I really dont wanna pull the motor and buy a 60$ TB case when I never had this problem before what is the issue here ??

First off, I can barely understand your run-on sentence of a post to figure out what the actual question is.
Are you saying the timing belt cover is being destroyed when the belt goes? If so, that's just one aspect of a catastrophic engine failure.

To be frank, I have seen you post several threads about head rebuilds, motor rebuilds, broken t-belts etc in the last couple years. I hate to point the finger, but maybe you're doing something wrong, or the quality of parts you're using aren't up to par.

Only thing I can say is ensure your cam/crank pulleys are in good shape and aligned, use oem or better quality components, and do the repair procedures properly and by the book..
