I have the Tokico non-adjustable suspension kit (AWD version for the extra weight of the convertible) on the way and I'm looking to know which Ingalls kit I should choose. Looks like for both front and rear there are two degree ranges.

Ingalls Site

Tokico lists the drop as 1.5 but I've seen people say that it's closer to 1.75.

Anyone have a suggestion of which degree range (for front and back) would be the safe bet to have ready for my mechanic when he does the install? I may not need the front based on what I've read but I'd like ot have the kit I might need just in case.

Ingalls just e-mailed me back below is the exchange. I hope this answers the question for someone else in the future. :)

My Question

I have a 1999 Eclipse spyder. I've ordered Tokico's HP suspension kit. It has a listing of a 1.25 drop (from their website) but I've seen reports that it could be as much as 1.75" installed. Which camber kit would you recommend for front and rear? I'm not sure what degree range to order.

Usually the Mitsubishi cars don't need as much adjustment and the 35760 for the front is enough.

The only way to be 100% positive is to lower the car and have the camber checked. Determine how much adjustment is needed.

For the rear 35860 will handle no matter how much you need.

a buddy of mine used these and didnt have a problem when it came time for the alignment but totally up to you if you want to play it safe and get them good luck let us posted on which route you went

At $160 for all for corners I'm hoping I dont need them, or only the rears. But I also dont want to delay the install 4-5 days waiting for them to ship if it turns out I do need them.

I use the ingalls kit.... if you want the alinement perfect you will need them. Any time you lower a car the toe and camber will be off by some degree. If you need some I have a extra set of used ones sitting in my garage. But I would definatly get some because you never know.

I just installed K-Sport coilovers and lowered the car an inch. I used the home made rear camber kit. I didn't use anything in the front. All toe is in check. Front camber is -1.7, rear is like -1.5. The only issue I had was having to remove the front bumper to get the car up on the alignment machine!
