TMO Chip Problems

I bought a TMO chip about 3 weeks ago and had the ECU changed over to a turbo EPROM after I found out I had to get a new ECU b/c mine wasn't EPROM. Anyways, I got it back today. I hooked up the Clutchwire According to the TMO Directions and plugged in the ECU. I started it up and it Idled fine. I went to take it for a spin and it has no throttle Response at all. Also it is very hestitant when I go to WOT and it hardly reacts to hit. One other Thing is the Tach goes back and forth from 1,000- 1500 to the actual R.P.M. What could the problem be? I want to drive my car again!!!!!!!!!!!!
