so i just got a datalogger the other day and i ran a few pulls playing around and i look at my timing and im getting about 25-35 degrees through the the whole pull in a smooth curve. keep in mind i havent tuned this at all. how is this?
 
ah ill look into that stuf. how do u get data from the data logger to the pc.. ill post my data. i use the palm pocketlogger.

Adjusting the TPS won't change the amount of timing you get at WOT.

The ECU won't be able to know the TB is at WOT if the TPS is not calibrated correctly. Check your throttle cable also, it may just be too loose to pull the TB all the way open to WOT.
