so i replaced a headgasket the other day, and when i put the timing belt on, i think i set the timing belt advanced 1 tooth. when i floor it, it seems like it takes a while for boost to come on, and it wont hit full boost, i usually run 28psi, and it hits 20 and creeps to 24. i pulled the line off the wastegate to see if it was the boost controller, but its not. theres no exhaust leaks, and no boost leaks. so could timing being advanced a tooth cause this? (the crank pulley is advanced a tooth). im almost positive i advanced the timing a tooth on accident when i put the belt back on.
