Ok I got my logger about a week ago. I have been having this problem on very random accelleration, where the car kinda boosts but doesnt rev or speed up. Well I havent had a situation I could log yet what a suprise, except for the other night. It wasnt exactly the same, but when I got on it in 5th iot didnt pull me back at all like usual. I looked at my timing and I was at 3 degrees!! Usually when I nail it it goes to about 9-12 deg(base timing) then stedily grows to the 20's. This time it took well over 2500rpms to go from 3-5 degrees.

I had this problem a while back and thought it was the coil pack since I had new wires and plugs. So I tested to coil pack and it was faulty, so I repalced it with a new one so it cant be something wrong with thew ignition system as Ive tested it a few times and gotten proper numbers. Im thinking my intercooler is heaksoaking and pulling my timing...any ideas other then that? I really need to fix this as I didnt pull very hard on a gt stang(modded) last time it happened....

Ok the problem presented its self heres what I logged:
RPM-3768
timing- -6degrees
air flow- 16.02lbs/min(mbc set at 14psi but I def didnt boost that much as you can see)

Now Im really thinking its heat soak and pulling timing, as off boost timing is perfect...hit the gas timing retards and gradually increases with rpms. On boost it either pulls timing into the negatives, pulls back to 3 degrees and holds it there or sometimes(50%-75%) has normal timing. Please help me out here...confirm my assumptions or let me know your opinion. Thanks
