Timing belt cover parts?

Hello, I have a 91 tsi fwd 6 bolt. I have the lower timing cover but where it bolts up to the head I am missing those pieces. There like brackets. Any help will be appriciated or websites that sell them.. Can't find anything on here. Or even what they are called.
