2G Tial Mvs wastegate spring

Hello I'm new to turbo cars and bought a punishment racing o2 recirculating with tial mvs wastegate.
I'm going to run the fp 68hta and don't understand how the wastegate works what spring do I use etc..?

I'm sure you can research this for a better answer but essentially the external wastegate:
1) diverts exhaust gases away from the turbo blades so that boost is controlled
2) I believe the stiffer the spring, the higher the boost you run because the gate opens later due to a stronger spring.
