throw my logger out the window!!!

ive tried so many times to get my logger to work and also ive used a cable i bought off of hte internet, and also made my own, i have a m130 and ikeep getting the same error, it says "serial port in use" whenever i hit unpause with the mmcd software, is there a certain hotsync setting i have to do on my palm or a series of settings, or reset my palm, i jsut dont know what to do anymore any suggests would help thanks

I had that problem and used a null modem serial connector. That did the trick. I found mine at radio shack.
