Those that know TRE trannies PLZ HELP

OKay folks im interested in getting there tre spec fwd gearbox but im a little unclear about a few things i also have some general transmision questions regarding it. the tranny in question is located at http://www.teamrip.com/fwd.html and is the second one down

i have a 98gst so please keep that in mind

1.anybody know for sure if this is a brand new transmision and not a rebuild cause i dont got a tranny to send in.
2.so all that is required for this to bolt up like stock is a awd flywheel and that awd backing plate?? is there no other things i will need to buy to have this installed?

I dont know a whole lot about transmisions so hopefully some of you can clear some of these general questions up.

3.lets say i get the tre tranny now i know that the tranies from the 1gs and 2gs are different and i know the differance between a 7bolt (2g) and a 6bolt (1g) now lets say i want to swap over my 7bolt to a 6bolt will it still bolt up to this transmision?

hopefully you guys can answer my questions quick as i really want to get my car up and running if you guys need any info im missing please ask and i will post it up as quick as i can

#1 and #2 im only 90% sure so im not going to answer.

#3 the trans will still work if you get a 6 bolt engine. when you get a 6bolt engine you just need to buy a 6 bolt flywheel.
