There Goes My Boost!!

im running a 14B with a hogged out turbine housing, evo3 O2 housing and Apexi 3inch turbo back, i ported the hell out of the Waste gate and put a bigger flapper in it, well i can hit my desired boost level of 17 psi, and then id just drops down to about 14, it seems like after the WG opens the exhaust forces it open and bleeds off i dont know what it is, i tried another turbine housing...nothing....i checked for leaks in the piping....nothing. Is the stock waste gate actuator not enough??

You are going to need a stronger WG actuator. I have seen 17psi actuators out on the market from a few different vendors. Shop around, Im sure you can find one rather cheap, prob in the 30 dollar range.
