I got a TCU code 45 "open circuit shift pressure control solenoid valve" and my transmission won't "catch" any gears. I've seen some other posts with this same code, I was wondering what I need to change to fix this issue. This is the second tranny I've put in the car and the same thing happens, so I don't think it is in the valve body. Do you think I need a new TCU? or something else? Any insight or ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

You should check for continuity between ground and the wire going to the solenoid (blue wire in in the main trans harness).
