Ok so after performing boost leak tests this weekend i found a leak coming for the throttle body area so i replace the gaskets on both sides of it to no avail. then i found out the leak is coming fromt he "shaft" seal. well i used rtv as a quick semi fix so i could get back to college. I was wondering where i could get a rebuild kit or the seal at. I check on advanced autoparts.com and couldnt find anthing. I am thinking this is going to be a dealer thing. Im also assuming its not an uncommon thing either as my friend found a leak at the same place right after me. Also after i did the leak test's when i started my car the exhaust smoked blue "from oil" for a few min but went awat is this common or a sign that something is going out. Thanks for the help guys.

Read this, it should answer all your questions about how to do it and the parts. Keep going down the page, there is some goofy stuff at the beginning.

I can't find anywhere to get those seals local in Maryland.

I also can't find chicago rawhide on the webpage of kamandirect.com

Where else can these seals be had? I was going to do the rubber seal in metal casing version but my metal casings were shot and had to be pulled out.
