TB ques ISC???

ok i had pruven performance put a 1g TB in and they gave me the car back ad it was idling at 2500-2800 so thats the ISC right, so i said let me see if they even ported the manifold and i check and they didn't ask them why and they said i didnt ask i was like why the #### would i want a 1gtb and not port o well ,a nd here is my question i put the 2g tb back on and its acting funny reving 1800 and then sometimes stalls i have an auto, is it the ISC sensor it was fine till they touched it, should i spray carb cleaner in their what should i do??????? the tb was acting like this before?

forgot 1 thing i did block off my egr would that do anything?

sounds like the ISC to me too......check the resistence on it and see if its still up to spec.
