Who makes a better coilover setup? Tein or Tanabe? Its seems like the best bang for your buck would be Tanabe, but are they good-quality springs.

Tein. Just because I know what they put into their springs, and I know how they are made. I run JICs right now and I'm happy with them, but if I ever had to switch over it would be TEIN and their true mono thing-a-bob. I know they were looking for GSX's to do R&D with, but I didn't have my stock suspension. Take a look at their website it has more detail about it.
