takes a bit to turn over

Hi this is my first post and not very good at navigating forums but onto my question I have a 95 manuel eclipse rs and it will turn.over everytime but it takes awhile to start cold hot doesnt matterive replaced the cam sensor alt starter spark plugs the boot fuel pressure regulator but nothing seems to fix it its done.this since ive had it but cant seem to figure out the prob oh and had ecu tested and its good someone told me it could.be that. But as for now i would appreciate it if anyone could tell me where to start to fix this prob

Try cycling the key on for a few seconds 3 or 4 times to prime the fuel pump

I would start by checking fuel pressure while attempting to start the car when cold. When you turn the key the fuel pump should prime and you should see fuel pressure. Then try to crank it and make sure you still have fuel pressure
