I'm looking for a divided cast manifold (HKS Style) to bolt my PT 61. Since it very hard to find will the comb manifold do the job without any significant different to the spool and performance?

I'm using AR .70 divided turbine housing with P trim expected to reach a full boost at 5000-5500 RPM. I don't want a SS tabular manifold because it will not stand the heavy turbo and the abuse it will get since the car is daily driven and see the strip every two month.

If there any other divided cast manifold available or just the HKS style from ongreen performance?

i think turbonetics makes a cast t4 mani...but i would chose a dnp mani even though they are tubular i havent heard of anyone complaining about them yet...

i'm ordering a DNP right now :sneaky: , do you have any suggestion of which vendor take international order and accept paypal.

www.ongreenperformance.com - if you want the HKS manifold they're the people to talk to. Dont waste time with the DNP manifolds.

please explain why not to waste time with dnp...there are plenty of people on here that run dnp manifolds on there daily drivers with no problem at all...you get what you pay for...i have never seen a dnp crack before...they are a work of art...

you can order straight from dnp...that way if anything happens to your mani there will be no headache about the warranty...there website is www.dnperformance.com

I just send the payment to DNP Through paypal....

When i look the way they design the manifold it mostly the same as HKS style except that it a tabular and the wastegate runner is from the front, but with support from the head flange to the turbo flange I'm sure it will stand the abuse.
The wastegate outlet design will help a lot on the clearance issue as compare to HKS style from ongreen which the wastegate outlet a bit different from original HKS design.
Two of our car using the HKS manifold, one with the original HKS and the other one with a copy from ongreen. Both have a clearance issue because of the wastegate outlet design but the original HKS is a bit user friendly. It pain in the a$$ to design the wastegate pipe and changing broken gasket with the copy from ongreen but with the HKS original the waste outlet gasket can be change using a T spanner.

Considering this issue I'm taking a risk to try the DNP manifold.... :toobad:
Just hoping it will last for a least a year without cracking as what they said.

you shouldnt be disappointed...dnp is the most proven tubular mani for dsms...i personally have one and i wouldnt recommend it/buy it if it was junk...

I try to install the DNP-54 manifold today seem that there is a clearance problem with my radiator. All the radiator fan had been moved to the front but the wastegate runner is blocking the radiator. I'm using JDM VR4 engine in the lancer evolution 3 body and i don't expect this thing would happen.
