I recently bought a t3/t4 turbo from xs power by mistake, was watching and bidding on several different things at one time and made a mistake and bid on a t3/t4 turbo with manifold and waste gate. thought i was bidding on 16g set up. i've already kicked my own ass for doing this. the bad thing is i bid low and won the auction, didnt pay attention to what it was until i paid through pay pal. my questions to you guys are
-will this turbo work on my car without sinking alot of money into it to make it run efficiently?
- i recently purchased the xs power 2g intercooler 28x10x3.5, will it bolt up to t3/t4 turbo?
-do i need new oil lines or an install kit for the t3/t4 turbo?
-will my current mods support this turbo?
any help with answering these ?'s will be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.

i also will have $400.00 rapped up in something i cant install properly and i wont know if it will be much more than the stock t25. anyways thanks for the suggestions, i'm still kicking my own ass for the $400.00 mistake.

You will not be able to install that kit in a day or two at home.
If you bring your car to a professional shop, they can get it done in a day. There are many things to do and yes you will need a custom O2 housing from an exhaust shop. So there are 3 options for you:
1) Return that kit and get some money back.
2) Try to sell that kit back on Ebay or somewhere else.
3) Sell that manifold and get a brand name one so everything will fit well.

If you still want to stick with that set up, you have to prepare to spend at least $200 for a shop (exhaust shop acutally) to fit everything for you.

Is this the turbo you bought? http://www.xs-power.com/turbos/turbo002.html

If so, it's good to about 21lbs/min. See if you can return the turbo, it's pointless to even install it.

No, you can not install a 16G on a T3 manifold. You can keep the manifold though, just get it reflanged for a mitsu turbo housing.

Cheapest way is to keep the manifold, get it flanged for a mitsu housing (that way you can keep the stock O2 housing) and buy a 16g.

yes that is the turbo i purchased, where would i get it reflanged? local exhaust shop? if i do accomplish that what about the external waste gate flange. arent most 16g's internal?
also how would i match up and have them fab me a mitsu flange?
thanks for your help this is what i was loking for.

Get an adaptor plate. I don't like em but you gotta do what you gotta do. Yes, you can turn the turbo if you want to make it connect to the IC pipe facing downwards instead of to the block. .42 A/R = pointless, should have bought a 14B. You should have retracted your bid.

Yes, fab a plate to block the WG.
As for flanges: http://www.roadraceengineering.com/flangesandgaskets.htm Mitsubishi turbine inlet flange.

What's wrong with your stock manifold? If nothing is wrong, just use that instead, that way no welding of flanges etc is needed.
