Need help badly! Evo or T3/T4

Ok, 1st off this is my friends SN. I Dont have a GST. i own a 90 TSI. I am going to be ordering a turbo within a few months. Here's what i need help on. I dont have that much money. maybe around $900. I know that i will need things to back up the t3/t4 if i go with it , but i will get them as i go. Or should i just get the Evo 16G? i want a a fast 1/4 mile car 12 11s. i have all the free mods, k&N and 3 inch all the way back. i ran a small 16G for a week and realized that i wanted more. what do you guys think that i should do? what are the pros and cons of each? Do you think that i can even get a t3/t4 set up for $900? Thanks for any input.

t3/t4 rocks. Extremepsi has em cheap. I sold my EVO 16G for one.

I would go with the 16G. Its the best bang-for-your buck.
