I'll be installing my t3/t4 this weekend if it comes today which Im hoping! Anyways does anyone know the fittings which I will need to get made up on my SS oil feed line. Im going to go from the filter housing to the turbo so if anyone knows the fitting sizes off the top of their head and what size ss line I should go with its much appreciated.

I beleive this is th one we ordered

Wow man you don't fool around...I remember alittle wheile ago when you were just a little Newb :)
I can't help ya with your fitting question, but good luck with the install :thumb:

I'll find out exactly what the ones I got are and I'll take some pics. I have an sc61 .. but I'm assuming the fittings are the same. I just got the complete oil line kit from AMS.

Take the oil from the filterhousing, not the head. Especially on a PTE turbo.

Im gonna start a new thread for this because I never did get it answered and had to figure it myself and no one ever seemed to know.

My turbo uses a 1/8 npt to feed it you couple that to -3 an line you need a swivel on both ends the filer housing its self uses a 3/8 npt plug so you will have to step it down to your an fitting.

On a side note this turbo is being a major pita to intall! The compressor housing on my auto hits a waterline bajo on the block and I had to grind the compressor housing of the turbo to give me enough room to square it up to the manifold its a hell of alot bigger thne a 14b!!! :D I have about 3 hours in it last night and finally have it on the manifold and ready to connect. Should be pretty smooth from here out Im hoping.

And yes I know I need to pull the oil from the filter housing it even comes with a stupid proof picture to show you which plug to use :thumb:

While Im at the stage I am does anyone want me to take pics for vfaq reply quick cuz Im starting on it again at 5 pm.

yea sorry for not replying again I was out of town picking up my 6 bolt and visiting friends  . Anwayys, they make a spacer plate that you put between the head and the manifold and it spaces it all away from the block like 1/2" and then the turbo clears the block / water pipe. :shhh: Did you get it all installed and running?

Which plug are you suppose to use and what is the difference. I just put my t3/t4 on and took it for a ride and the turbo is now up in smoke and the bearings are fried. i even took off the line to see if it had oil and it does but it is not really that presureized.
Thanks
Tom
