T3/T4 Hybrid

Ok, I was looking on turbonetics at the T3/T4 hybrid turbo, and then i went back and looked at another one, and its all talkin about being street legal and stuff in all 50 states... so my question is: is the T3/T4 hybrid street legal? (if not 50 state, is it legal in OK, and MO?)

I'm looking to turbo my 420a sometime soon, after i get all the supporting stuff done... so I was just wondering if its gonna cause any legal problems.

They are all street legal. Exhaust piping usualy makes a turbo "kit" illegal (i.e. downpipes that eliminate cat. converter, or atmospheric dump)
