T-case Leak?

Soo might be a dumb question but i have to ask it. I just had a little mishap were i took off my t-case and had it at an angle where the drive staff is pointing down and started leaking oil. I put oil back in but that same t-case locked up on me on the freeway and almost killed me. Car lived and so did i! thank god, but now i just bought a Used t-case and as i put in oil in it i left it at that same angle (not on purpose) went to go get a bite to eat in my house and came back and it was leaking from that same spot! I put oil back in and placed it back on my car and it running fine. But the thought of it locking on me again keeps on coming back to me becuz of that leak.. i read that it's "normal" but also read that the yoke might be leaking and should jb/tig weld it right away.. im really dont know what to do? help?

There is a recall on the transfer cases leaking. Not sure if it's still there but JNZ Tuning has the transfer case recall kit where it comes with all of the parts new. It's fairly cheap too.

yeah i tried the recall for my last T-case but it was only like for 90-92 models and wouldnt accept mine. But anyways soo i should repair it then?
