Hey guys, I've never pulled the drive shaft from the t-case before. When I did, fluid came out the end of the spline and went everywhere, is this supposed to happen?

Yes that's normal. Next time drain the fluid before removing the driveshaft. You should inspect the seal on the transfer case for damage, they tend to leak a lot when they get bumped around.
